Summary

Our strategy focused on creating an architectural statement that achieves visual impact through restrained elegance rather than complex forms. We deliberately employed a minimalist approach with clean horizontal planes and expansive glass to create a floating effect above the water, allowing the vibrant landscape to become the true protagonist of the composition. The structure was designed to frame specific views and vistas, functioning as both shelter and observation point for the extraordinary natural surroundings. By reducing the palette to crisp whites and transparent elements, we created a perfect counterpoint to the lush pink vegetation and dramatic skies, allowing the home to enhance rather than compete with its environment while providing uncompromising luxury in its simplicity.

Process

The design process began with extensive environmental analysis to understand the unique light qualities and seasonal variations of the site. We developed a refined structural system that minimizes visible support elements, creating the illusion of floating horizontal planes. Advanced glazing technologies were implemented to maximize transparency while meeting energy efficiency requirements. The landscape design involved careful selection of flowering species that would create the signature pink palette, arranged to provide both privacy and framed views from key vantage points within the home. Each interior space was positioned to capture specific external features, with furniture and finishes selected to complement rather than distract from the panoramic views. The water feature was designed as a reflecting element that multiplies the visual impact of both architecture and landscape
